Change video speed

from the official website.

To accelerate or decelerate a video or audio file within Movavi Video Editor, utilize the Speed slider. This functionality can be particularly useful when working on a music video and needing the visuals to synchronize with the song's tempo. To access this feature, navigate to the Timeline and select the desired clip to edit.

Once you have selected the clip you wish to edit, click on the Clip Properties button to access the editing tools for that specific clip. By moving the Speed slider to your desired setting, the length of the Timeline will change accordingly.

If you alter the speed of a video file, it will be marked with an FX icon to indicate that changes have been made.

When modifying the speed of a video containing embedded audio, both will be adjusted simultaneously.
