Exporting your video allows you to share it with others via email, social media, or other channels. You may want to create promotional videos for your business, educational content for YouTube, or personal videos for friends and family. Regardless of the reason, exporting makes it easy to distribute your work to a wider audience. Exporting your video project is also essential for archiving purposes. By saving your finalized video in a shareable format, you can preserve your work and access it easily in the future. Different devices and platforms have varying requirements for video files. Exporting your video in a compatible format ensures that it will play smoothly on various screens, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and TVs.
To initiate the export process, click on the Export button located beneath the player interface. The Export Settings dialog box will appear on your screen. Select a video file format.
To export your video, choose a suitable format. Each format comes with distinct advantages and applications. For instance, MP4 is the best choice as it's compatible with most media players. Alternatively, consider the GIF format for a silent animated image version of your video, which can be viewed in certain image viewers or web browsers. If you wish to modify resolution, aspect ratio, or other technical specifications, click on the Advanced button. However, be mindful that lower resolutions will result in smaller file sizes but may lead to some loss of quality due to compression. Save any changes by clicking OK.
Choose a descriptive name for your file (Title field). By default, the project title will be used; however, you're free to customize it as needed. Choose a destination folder by either using the Browse button or typing the path directly into the Save to field (default output directory can be altered in Preferences).
Based on your preferences, select an appropriate video quality setting to ensure optimal playback and viewing experience for your audience -- Draft, Good, High.
Finally, hit the Start button to initiate the export procedure. Please note that this might take several minutes depending on the length and complexity of your project.
