Effect packs: transitions, titles, stickers, backgrounds, overlays, and LUTs
from the official website.
To enhance your video editing experience, Movavi Video Editor offers a treasure trove of additional content known as effect packs. These bundles are curated collections of transitions, titles, stickers, backgrounds, overlays, and LUTs (color grading filters) that allow you to streamline the search process for thematic elements. By incorporating these pre-made assets into your project, you can add a touch of professionalism and visual interest without having to start from scratch. Whether you're looking to create a stunning title sequence or add some fun flair to a particular scene, effect packs are the key to elevating your video editing skills.
To access the effect packs in Movavi Video Editor, navigate to the Effects Store tab. Here, you'll find all available packages organized into three categories: All Packs, Installed Packs, and Free Effects. The All Packs tab showcases a selection of packages that can be purchased and used within the program, while the Installed Packs tab displays packs that have already been downloaded and installed. By clicking on an desired package, you may initiate the download process and begin experimenting with its included elements and effects without any restrictions. For free, you can try out a range of different effects and elements from various sets on your videos without any obligation to purchase them. (If you are not subscribed to the Effects Store, any videos containing effects will be marked with a watermark; to save videos without this visual indicator, consider acquiring a subscription). All newly acquired effects will be identified by a yellow dot within the program interface.
To view installed packages, click on the Installed tab. This will display a list of all effect packs that are currently installed in your program. To delete an installed package, locate the cross icon at the top right-hand corner of the package image. Clicking this icon will remove the selected package.
To specify a location where to store effect packages, follow these steps:
Step 1. Click Settings, and select Preferences from the top bar menu. This will open a new window with various options.
Step 2. Within this window, navigate to the Effects tab. Here, you will find options related to effect packages and their storage location.
Step 3. To specify the folder where effects will be stored, press or enter the directory manually.
